See your property through the potential buyer’s eyes. This means starting with the part of your house that is visible from the street. Buyers will begin making judgments on your property the moment they first lay eyes on it. Make sure the lawn is cut and nicely kept. Even adding a few extra plants, potted or planted, in the yard will help. Make the buyer want to come see if the inside is as nice as the outside of your house.
